Citizens Advice Bureau - West Suffolk
Last week, I had the pleasure of visiting the offices of Citizens Advice West Suffolk to learn more about the invaluable work their dedicated team does to support people across our community.
It was a chance to sit down with staff and volunteers, hear directly about the challenges facing residents, and understand how their expert advice is helping people navigate everything from housing issues and employment disputes to rising living costs and debt.
I also had the opportunity to meet with the Chair of Trustees and speak with some of the hardworking team who are making a real difference every single day.
Citizens Advice is often a first port of call for people in crisis, offering calm, confidential, and life-changing support. Their role is more important now than ever, and I want to thank everyone involved for the compassion, professionalism, and sheer commitment they show to our community.
I’ll continue doing all I can in Parliament to champion the work of advice services and push for policies that support the most vulnerable. Thank you again to everyone at Citizens Advice West Suffolk for having me — and for everything you do.
